OVERVIEW

Jog Falls, is one of the spectacular waterfall, located 400 km from Bangalore, is one of the highest waterfalls in Asia and is at its best to be visited in monsoon. Located with a trek distance of 14Km from Laughing Elephants Campsite this trek will pass through a peak from where you can witness huge and beautiful Linngnamakk dam, serene backwaters embedded with several small patches of Island.

The trek route is becoming more challenging, and difficult as the track starts negotiating, wherein several stretches the trek path is not visible due to thick foliage of western ghats, where even the rain struggles to breach through the canopy and reach the ground, and the last stretch of the trek to JogFalls has a proper road, which gives you relief from the leeches.
